Self Defense Classes by Semper Fi Tae Kwon Do EVERY Wednesday!

Each class is only open to 15 women. Please reserve your spot today by contacting at 401-861-2761.

PLEASE NOTE: Each class covers the same material. You need only sign up for one of the four sessions, unless you would like to rehash what you have previously learned.

When: 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, and 10/25 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Cost: Donation of $5 requested
Details: Semper Fi Tae Kwon Do instructor Gil Woodside and one of his trained black belts will discuss safety measures every woman should take as well as show you the proper mechanics for kicks, blocks and strikes.
